Return Policy

You have the right to return [7 days} after the arrival of your order.
The products can easily be returned. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party.This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products
as well as defect received products. However , since it is a digital key, simple contact us at returns@irichcomputers.com. and we will process the return.

With most packages the return labels are in the box, if this is not the case, kindly send us an email at returns@irichcomputers.com and we will send them digitally. You can print them and add them
in the return package.

Note: only products in NEW* conditional can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.
*New = these are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within [14 business days] using the payment method you used when ordering.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 7 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be returned in good condition, and we do not accept broken or damaged packages.

Refund Process

It may take up to 14 working days to process your return and send out a replacement package. Refunds will be processed after assessing the package’s condition and nature of issue. We will need the same banking used on purchase. Depending on your bank, we set a stand of 14 days to receive your funds ,but it can be much quicker. We use Paypal, so we can process the refund to your email.

At KeyGamer, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy that allows you to return your purchase and receive a refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must have a PayPal account, as refunds will be processed through PayPal.
  • You must initiate the return process within [7 days] of your original purchase date.
  • If a key is already retrieved in your e.g (steam account) , we cannot refund.
  • We cannot refund if you purchased an alter gift and a game account.

REFUND PROCESS

To initiate a refund we need the following details:

  • Your order number and the key you received via email.
  • We will first test the key , if it’s not working, we will either refund or give you a new key.
  • Our keys are digital, there is no need for shipping.

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, which is PayPal.

NO REFUNDS ON USED KEYS

Please note that we do not offer refunds on used keys. All sales of digital products are final, and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for keys that have been redeemed or used.

REFUND AMOUNT

The refund amount will be the full amount of your original purchase, minus any shipping costs or other fees.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process. Please allow this time for the refund to be credited back to your PayPal account.
